These services and programs are designed to guide students on their career journey by sharing real-world experiences and industry insights.

Mentorship Program:

As part of the BTU Career Model, the mentorship program supports students in career planning and professional development through sector mentors and alumni mentors.
This program helps students achieve their academic and professional goals while aiming to enhance their skills by transferring practical knowledge and experience from the industry.
Sector mentors and alumni mentors guide BTU students from different perspectives, helping them shape their careers. These mentorship programs support students’ professional development while also enabling them to build strong professional connections and seize opportunities in the business world.
Within the BTU Career Model, 1st and 2nd-year students are assigned alumni mentors who guide them on career planning and professional development.
Mentors share their own experiences to guide students and help them achieve their academic and professional goals.
3rd-year students are assigned sector mentors. These mentors, as professionals in their fields, provide guidance and support in sector-specific knowledge and career development.
Additionally, students who have graduated from the 4th year support 1st and 2nd-year students as mentors. Alumni mentors share their university experiences and career journeys, guiding younger students.

Sector mentors are professionals with experience in their respective fields and offer guidance on industry knowledge and career development.

They help students expand their sectoral network and stay informed about current developments in their industry.

    Alumni Mentors:

Alumni mentors are selected from among the university’s graduates.

They guide younger students by sharing their own career experiences and the knowledge and skills they gained during university life.

They provide realistic expectations and tips about work life and career journeys after graduation.

    IMEP (Workplace Vocational Training Program):

4th-year students participate in internships within the scope of the IMEP program. This program enables students to gain experience in real work environments and deepen their sectoral knowledge.
